On Thursday October 27th – The North Easts dedicated venue finding agency Venyou will be hosting the North Easts first Venue and Event industry networking event in conjunction with Canteen and Cocktails. Event Social will provide individuals and businesses working within the events industry the opportunity to network with multiple venues, event suppliers and buyers in the region in a relaxed, informal environment. There is no better way to do business than face to face!

In an extremely competitive marketplace it can be hard to get your voice heard above your competition. Event Social will allow you to meet key venues, event suppliers and buyers to share ideas and really get your business heard by the people that matter. For event planners and buyers, you can meet the businesses that can really inject that sparkle into your next event and leave your employees, clients, attendees eager for your next event and help you stand out from the crowd.

Venues have the opportunity to discuss their offers, event spaces available, upcoming events, menus, drinks and news for 2017. Event suppliers can showcase their products to key buyers and discuss how their product or service can increase attendance or provide that wow factor for the next event. Buyers have the opportunity to get new ideas, be inspired and become more creative when planning their next event – and increase supplier contacts.

The event is planned to be held once every two months at different venues around the region with the first event being held at Canteen & Cocktails, Milburn House – located at the bottom of Dean street on Thursday October 27th. The event will begin at 6pm. The first 100 guests will be treated to a glass of prosecco with canapes on offer throughout the evening and some other extra special surprises.
